Data Usage Statement

1. Idea content

Everything you and your members post in a space (ideas, comments, builder updates, attachments) stays inside that space unless you explicitly share or export it. We do not repurpose private ideas for marketing or public showcases without consent.

2. Analytics

We capture anonymized usage metrics—page views, feature clicks, and error events—to understand how Pitcho performs. These analytics never include personal idea content or messages.

3. Retention

• Account data remains active while you have an account or an active invite to a space.
• Deleted ideas/comments are soft-deleted for 30 days in case you need to restore them, then purged from primary storage.
• Backups are retained for disaster recovery and removed on a rolling 35-day schedule.

4. Third parties

We rely on vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, email, storage). Each provider only receives the minimum data necessary to run Pitcho safely.
