• Deliver core functionality such as authentication, spaces, ideas, and notifications.
• Monitor product health, detect abuse, and make improvements.
• Reach out with important updates or respond to support requests.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. Limited information may be shared with service providers (hosting, analytics, email) strictly to operate Pitcho. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and only process data on our instructions.

4. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including enforced TLS, access controls, and encrypted data stores. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure; use Pitcho with that in mind.

5. Your choices

You can update profile information in the app or request deletion by writing to [email protected]. We will verify your identity before fulfilling any deletion request.

6. International users

Pitcho is operated from Australia and may process data in other regions via our service providers. By using Pitcho you consent to this cross-border data processing.
