1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or participating in a Pitcho space, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms occasionally and will post the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Who can use Pitcho

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are using Pitcho on behalf of a team or company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that group to these terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Only submit content you have the rights to share, and make sure it does not violate any laws.
• Respect other space members. No harassment, hate speech, or sharing of personal data without consent.

4. Intellectual property

You own the ideas and content you share in Pitcho. By posting, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content inside the product so we can provide the service to you and your collaborators.

5. Service changes

Pitcho is an evolving product. We may add or remove features, impose limits, or shut down the service. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice if major changes are coming.

6. Liability

Pitcho is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If we are found liable, the maximum amount will not exceed fees you paid us (if any) in the six months prior to the claim.
